We have over 60+ collective years of experience in corporate HR and Organizational Development. We’ve trained and consulted over 350 organizations in California spanning across multiple industries including consumer products/services, education, government, manufacturing, food service and entertainment. Our management team also specializes in training development, presentation and delivery - our classes reflect the quality of this expertise. Max Ellzey, Ed.D.
He has consulted with and coached leaders and teams from a variety of organizations to develop a shared vision of the future, redesign processes, leverage enabling technologies, and increase overall effectiveness.
He has worked with large corporations such as AT&T, KIA Motors America, Mercedes Benz, and McDonnell Douglas Federal Credit Union, to small and medium sized companies. He is also the past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
Max has been teaching as an adjunct professor over the past 8 years in Organizational Behavior and Management at Pepperdine University School of Business & Management, and is also a popular guest lecturer for several doctoral classes. He earned his Doctorate of Education from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership.
