Apex Workplace Solutions was formed to empower and assist clients with a range of
Human Resources services and needs. We have over 60+ collective years of
experience in corporate HR and Organizational Development. We've trained and
consulted over 350 organizations in California spanning across multiple
industries including consumer products/services, education, government,
manufacturing, food service and entertainment.

Our Training
With respect to AB1825, Apex meets/exceeds the requirements per
California's updated Fair Employment Housing Commission
(FEHC) guidelines.
Our training curriculum is comprehensive and covers not only the base
requirements, but includes relevant legal case studies as well as
current best practices related to this subject. Our instructional
designers, certified trainers, and subject matter experts'
qualifications exceed FEHC guidelines based on our extensive professional
experience and skill set.

ABOUT US
Our Advisors
Max Ellzey, Ed.D.
Max Ellzey has 20+ years of industry experience in Human Resources and
Organizational Development. He specializes in the areas of organizational
culture transformation, leadership development, training, group
facilitation, and team building. He has consulted with and coached
leaders and teams from a variety of organizations to develop a shared
vision of the future, redesign processes, leverage enabling technologies,
and increase overall effectiveness. He has worked with large corporations
such as AT&T, KIA Motors America, Mercedes Benz, and McDonnell Douglas
Federal Credit Union, to small and medium sized companies. He is also
the past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Professional
Coaches and Mentors Association. Max has been teaching as an adjunct
professor over the past 8 years in Organizational Behavior and
Management at Pepperdine University School of Business & Management,
and is also a popular guest lecturer for several doctoral classes.
He earned his Doctorate of Education from Pepperdine University in
Organizational Leadership.
